Lighting the path to Qur'anic excellence

Between long hospital shifts and family responsibilities I had almost given up on improving my recitation. Online Quran Literacy made it possible. My teacher brings so much patience and warmth to every session. I finally feel confident reciting aloud.

Working night shifts makes it so hard to commit to anything. But my teacher has been incredibly flexible — we reschedule when I need to and the consistency never breaks. My recitation has improved more in six months here than in years of trying before.

I love my Qur'an lessons. My teacher makes memorization fun and never makes me feel rushed. I have memorized several surahs already and I practice them in my salah every day. My parents are very proud of me.

I started with no knowledge of Arabic at all. My teacher was so patient and encouraging from the very first lesson. Now I can read the Qur'an and I cry sometimes when I realize how far I have come. This was the best decision I made.

I enjoy my lessons so much that I enrolled my son as well. The teacher makes every session feel easy and enjoyable. I came to learn how to read the Qur'an and now my whole family is learning together. That says everything.
